TRANSPORT Minister Lord Macdonald of Tradeston has agreed to visit the A3 bottleneck at Hindhead, following a meeting with a high-powered delegation of councillors and MPs.

Lord Macdonald has also promised to draw up a timetable, setting out the steps ahead from consultation to public inquiry, commencement and completion of the Hindhead improvement.
