A "DRACONIAN" and "ground-breaking" company transport plan - the first of its kind in Hampshire - has been agreed to solve a rural planning issue which has been the subject of a three-year planning wrangle.

The owners of Sotherington Hop Kiln, near Selborne have reached an agreement with East Hampshire's planners which will allow its conversion to office use to go ahead while limiting the amount of traffic to and from the building in remote Sotherington Lane.
