A BURITON man faces having to scrap the swimming pool, tennis court and treehouse he built on his land after top judges upheld East Hampshire District Council's case against him this week.

Keith Barnett initially won planning consent in 1995 for the estate manager's house at Miscombe Manor, Buriton, Hampshire, which was designed to serve the surrounding agricultural and forestry land.
