NEIGHBOURS are still unhappy with Treloar Trust proposals to merge the lower and upper school on the college site in Holybourne.

Outline permission was granted by East Hampshire planners in October for the new college buildings, an accommodation block, a piazza, covered walkways, footpaths, vehicle circulation route and car parks to accommodate lower school pupils and staff, and the Treloar Trust team, who will move from current sites in Upper Froyle.
