A DECISION on the latest planning application by NHS agency Capitec to demolish buildings at Alton's sensitive Treloar Hospital site to make way for residential development has been deferred.
The application was due to have been discussed this Thursday by East Hampshire District Council's planning north sub-committee but, due to pressure from local groups, the application will now become the subject of a special meeting, to be held at Eggars School, Alton, starting 6.30 pm on Tuesday, September 14, when members of the public are invited to attend.
