THE Treloar School and trust site at Upper Froyle, near Alton, has been sold for around £12m.
The site was vacated at the beginning of the year when the school and trust relocated to new state-of-the-art buildings on the college site in Holybourne.
Undertaken on behalf of the trust by estate agents Savills, the sale of the 17-and-a-half acre freehold site, embracing the former school campus and neighbouring Froyle House, will support further phases of development at Holybourne as part of Treloar's Vision – to provide the highest quality facilities for students with severe and complex disabilities.
