AN enabling scheme, put forward by Treloar Trust to fund urgent repair works to an 18th century walled garden and to secure its future, has been turned down by East Hampshire planners.
Referring to a site north of Ryebridge Lane and within the curtilages of the Grade II listed properties of Froyle House and Froyle Cottage, within the conservation area of Upper Froyle, the application was multifaceted.
