THE future of Alton's Lord Mayor Treloar is now being seen as a test-case which will show whether the government is in control in matters of health, or whether it will give way to NHS managers.
An urgent meeting has been set up between the Treloar Hospital Project team and representatives of the NHS executive to thrash out the facts.
