TRIBUTES have been paid to a Haslemere-based student studying at Plymouth University, who fell to his death in the early hours of Saturday.

Ross Neilson, 20, a former student of Woolmer Hill and Godalming College was studying marine geoscience.

He died after apparently tripping over a low wall and falling into a basement yard, shortly after 2.15am, on November 5.
