TRIBUTES have poured in following the death of a young Petersfield climber "who lived his life to the full".

Jack Hutton-Potts, 23, who lived in Penns Road for more than 10 years, went missing on Saturday night along with his friend and climbing mentor Vaughan Holme, 48, from Horsham, West Sussex, near North Stack in Holyhead, Anglesey, the site of the 400ft Gogarth Cliffs.

Their bodies were found roped together in the sea early on Father's Day after an extensive search which was launched late on Saturday after friends raised the alarm.

Jack's dad, David Hutton-Potts, who suffers from multiple sclerosis, said of the experienced free climber: "Jack is desperately missed by his family."
