TOLLS look set to be imposed on motorists using the A3 tunnel at Hindhead whether they want them or not, Haslemere Town Council's planning committee heard last week.
Michael Foster, the town council's representative on the A3 survey reference group, said the toll plazas were likely to be situated near Thursley for northbound traffic and at Hazel Grove travelling south.
