HANDS on celebrity support for a Haslemere Hares fundraiser in aid of Children in Need has been provided by model turned TV presenter, Jodie Kidd.

Keen to swell the total raised, Jodie painted Pudsey Hare, which the town charity arts project has donated to the BBC’s 2018 telethon on Friday, November 16.

Last year, Children in Need raised a record-breaking £60.7 million and hopes are high this year’s event will top that.

Haslemere Hares masermind Brian Howard, said: “The wonderful Jodie Kidd painted our very own Pudsey HARE for us.

“We have donated it to Children in Need and are now inviting donations of £10 in exchange for the chance of winning him.

“We are also helping to host an evening of live entertainment at St Bart’s School, Haslemere, on Friday, November 16.”
