IT was a foot-sore group from Farnham Rugby Club that made it to Twickenham the hard way on Saturday, in time for kick-off on the opening day of this year's RBS Six Nations competition.
The 34-mile trek to raise funds for the club's new headquarters at Monkton Lane, with a donation to Haiti earthquake victims, had certainly taken its toll.
