CREWS from RAF Odiham have lost two Chinook helicopters in Afghanistan in just 11 days.

The first was forced to make an emergency landing after coming under fire and a second had to be destroyed by Nato-led International Security Assistance Force troops following a 'hard landing' which damaged the undercarriage.
