TWO 19-year-olds, one from Alton and one from Hook, were arrested and questioned on suspicion of manslaughter on Monday.

A man from Odiham, also aged 19, died after an apparent hit-and-run incident involving a car in the early hours of Sunday.

Jack Bland, of London Road, died at North Hampshire Hospital in Basingstoke after a passer-by found him on a stretch of the A287 between Crondall and the the Odiham bypass.
