A 17-YEAR-OLD youth was stabbed and another teenager kicked unconscious on Friday night in what police say is an escalating feud between youths from Farnham and Alton.

Officers from the Guildford division of the British Transport Police also said publicans and off-licence owners in Farnham should be more strict when serving alcohol to teenagers.
