A PLAN for new vehicle access to a home in Petersfield has sparked "grave concern" among neighbours, who fear it could lead to a mass development of up to 80 new homes.
The plan is for car access off Merryfield Road to the rear of 11 Shear Hill. Applicant Mrs D Cornish, of East Meon, plans to create a three-metre wide vehicle access to the rear of the property, through existing hedging at the end of Merryfield Road, which is a cul-de-sac.
