AN Armistice service was held at Anchorstone Nursing Home to honour the fallen from both World Wars and all other conflicts.

Farnham mayor David Attfield read the Exhortation during Monday’s service and was ably assisted by Anchorstone resident Cyril Nutt (pictured above with the mayor and Anchorstone staff) who served with the 1st Battalion Gordon Highlanders in Edinburgh.
