WOULD-be developers in the Farnham area are being warned by Waverley Council that any new housing plans are likely to be vetoed at the moment.
And their ambitions to build will continue to be thwarted until new proposals are agreed to safeguard the Thames Basin Heaths Special Protection Area (SPA) much later this year.
