A CONTROVERSIAL outline planning application for 110 homes on a reserve site in Four Marks is whipping up a storm.
Council planners say if Four Marks accepts the latest proposal there will be no more major development in the village for the next 20 years.
The village has seen a 25 per cent increase in housing stock over the last 10 years.
The community is concerned about the impact of yet more development on the village's infrastructure, roads and services.
The 10-acre site off Brislands Lane , should at least be delayed, say residents groups.
East Hampshire District Council planners were due to make a decision on the application by Persimmon Homes, on Thursday, May 3.
