A spokesperson for the Bloomers said: "As always there was a lot of litter to collect, especially from the area around Sainsbury’s and the junctions with the A3.
"However, many people felt that in general most residents were taking greater pride in the village and there was less litter in the residential areas than in previous years.
"The parish looks so much better cleared of litter. It is up to everyone to keep an eye on their own patch. Let’s aim for even less litter to pick up next year."
Liphook in Bloom have been organising regular litter picks to help improve the appearance of the community.
