PHYLLIS Tuckwell Hospice is looking for volunteers to help manage the gardens at its Beacon Centre site in Guildford.

The hospice in Farnham has two established gardening teams but the Beacon Centre is in need of a group of green-fingered volunteers to take over the care of its gardens.

A spokesman said: “Planners are needed as well as a ground force, so whether you’ve got an eye for detail or just love planting and tending, we’ve got the perfect role for you.”
