A THIEF stole around £1,500 worth of wages from a vehicle in Passfield on Saturday.
The wages, which were in a vehicle parked outside a building site in Liphook Road, were stolen during daylight hours.
Whitehill police are appealing for witnesses. They would like to speak to a man described as being between six feet two inches and six foot three inches, of Òskinny buildÓ and wearing a dark blue fleece with an orange or yellow stripe on the upper arm.
Police said the man was seen running off into the woods opposite the building site.
