HOMES at Barratt’s New Quarter in Bordon are selling well, according to the building firm’s sales director.
The development is experiencing such a high demand for its selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes that Barratt has limited availability and has introduced a waiting list for homes due later this year, the firm said.
“New Quarter is quickly becoming one of our most sought-after developments,” said Reading-based sales director Michelle Storer.
“Local buyers and those from further afield are choosing to move to this exciting location.
“With a striking range of house designs to choose from - and an exceptional setting here at this eco-friendly ‘green town’ redevelopment on the grounds of the former Louisburg Barracks - I’m not all surprised by the sales success we’re experiencing here.”
Current availability includes the two-bedroom Oakley Court apartment, priced at £245,000; the two-bedroom Amethyst home, from £300,000, and the three-bedroom Elderleaf design, from £337,500.
