A WALK of silence is being held in Haslemere tomorrow in honour of the 129 people who lost their lives in last Friday’s terrorist attacks in Paris.
The walk, to show solidarity with the French nation, starts at Lion Green in Wey Hill at 8.30pm and finishes at Haslemere war memorial on the High Street.
"Candles or flowers would be nice but of course just presence of people is already enough,” said French organiser Marion Chassua.
