NINE members of staff from Abbeyfield Wey Valley Society took part in the 26.2 mile Shine Walk in London in aid of Cancer Research.

A spokesman for the Abbeyfield Wey Valley Society, which runs care homes across the Farnham area, said: “The girls all had a wonderful time with the team spirit continuing throughout the night. Despite some coming home with blisters they all started together and finished together.
“It was a brilliant achievement and the society is very proud of them. If you would like to sponsor them for completing this amazing challenge there is still time.”
