Waste from other counties should not be brought into and disposed of in Hampshire, some Whitehill town councillors believe.

Basil Smith said that Hampshire had enough waste of its own to deal with and believed such a policy might have prevented a planning application for a landfill site at Grooms Farm being submitted.
