SURREY Police are urging people to remain vigilant following a burglary and a spate of thefts from vehicles in Chiddingfold.

The incidents all took place between 10am on Saturday, October 20, and noon on Sunday, October 21.

The burglary was in Woodside Road when a Samsung Galaxy tablet computer and a pink tartan handbag were stolen from a house.

There were five other thefts from vehicles across the village over the weekend.
