Hundreds of people lined the route as 30 festively-decorated tractors drove though Petersfield and surrounding villages to raise money for Hampshire Air Ambulance.

The tractor ride out was organised by farmer Mark Rowden, leaving New Buildings Farm on Redhouse Corner in Stroud.

After gathering at Stroud, the convoy of tractors, both vintage and modern, headed into Petersfield where they travelled up The Causeway to Buriton, then onto Harting, through Nyewood to Rogate.

There they crossed the A272 and drove up to Hill Brow at Liss before returning down the old A3 to Petersfield, where they drove up the High Street, round The Square and back out to the start point.

Ahead of the convoy, young farmers carrying collection buckets made their way through the waving, cheering and applauding spectators of all ages, including many parents with young children.
