BEAVERS Road residents are hoping travellers who occupied the field at the bottom of their gardens last Saturday will fulfill a promise to leave on Sunday.

The encampment, which by Tuesday consisted of 17 caravans and accompanying trucks, is believed to be bound for the Great Dorset Steam Fair on August 31.
