SOUTH East Water has postponed a controversial four-month closure of Tilford Road for water mains work until the summer.

The road closure, which would have shut down a 1.3-mile stretch of Tilford Road between The Bourne and Tilford for 17 weeks from March 7 has been delayed until at least August.
