THE Waverley Singers will hold their annual Christmas concert on December 16, at 7.30pm in St Andrew’s Church, Farnham.

All the music will have a seasonal theme with carols for audience, readings and solos from baritone Kieran Rayner.

Tickets, costing £15, will sell quickly so buy yours now from Strutt & Parker in Downing Street, Farnham, Newbury Building Society in Alton and from all choir members.

The next big event will be a performance of Verdi’s massive Requiem on January 27 in Guildford Cathedral.

The Waverley Singers will combine with Romsey Choral Society as they did for a performance in Romsey Abbey recently.

Soloists from the Royal Academy will be Clare Tunney, Hannah Poulsom, Freddie de Tommaso and Michael Mofidian, with the Brandenburg Sinfonia. This will be a really unmissable event.
