BOHUNT’S class of ’86 is planning a 30th anniversary reunion and has launched an appeal for former pupils.
The ticketed reunion event is set to be held in the Liphook area. on Saturday, July 9 with the venue yet to be confirmed.
Organisers Tracey Tidbury (nee Neat) and Sharon Conquer (nee Ennew) would like former classmates to get in touch and have set up a Facebook Group entitled Bohunt Leavers ’86. Tracey told The Herald: “We first thought of the idea after watching the TV programme ’Are our kids tough enough - which featured Bohunt School.
“A friend contacted me and suggested that we try and get everyone together after all these years - so a Facebook group was set up.
“We now have 95 members, but we know there are many more out there somewhere, many of them still living locally to the Liphook area.
“We have booked a date and venue, and have found classmates from as far away as Australia and USA, a couple of which are hoping to attend.”
Anyone interested should e-mail Tracey Tidbury at [email protected] or Sharon Conquer at [email protected].
