WEYDON School’s Year 10 Castle College students spent two weeks organising 13 shoeboxes of gifts to send to children in war-torn countries.
The students organised the appeal within their year group, donating £3 each and the Christmas gifts were bought and the shoeboxes made.
Miss Fisher, progress and achievement leader for Year 10 Castle College, said: “This has been a humbling and rewarding experience for the students involved. I am very proud of their achievement and their organisation skills.”
