BRAMSHOTT and Liphook Parish Council has come under fire, after sending the owners of Willows Nursery an eviction notice, due to come into force at the end of the current term in December.

The decision to terminate the current lease of the Beacon Building, at the Recreation Ground, which the Willows has occupied over the last 14 years, was made during an exempt session at the meeting of the recreation committee on October 6. The notice was received on October 8, giving the nursery just 10 weeks to find a new home.
