A MASSIVE underspend in this year's budget has meant only a small rise in the Petersfield Town Council precept which will have little effect on the town's taxpayers.
At a meeting of the full council on Tuesday night councillors heard that the extra money from the £29,600 underspend will go towards funding a number of projects in the town.
