A FASHION show at Country Market raised £175 for charity this week.

The event, held at the Edinburgh Woollen Mill outlet at the Country Market on the A325 near Bordon on Monday, generated funds for the Badgerswood (Headley) and Forest (Bordon) Surgeries Patient Participation Group.

In September, the surgeries’ Patient Participation Group was awarded the Corkill Award runner-up prize for being the nation’s Patient Participation Group of the Year 2015.

Edinburgh Woollen Mill store manager Trish Bates said it was a nice afternoon and, following the success, the shop was now planning another fashion show for next spring.

Although a date is yet to be set, the store will be supporting Bordon-based charity Hospice Services at Home TLC (Tending, Listening, Comforting) with its April show.
