WHITEHILL police are anxious for a female witness to come forward who contacted them during an alleged knife attack on a bus in Bordon on Tuesday.
Sgt Howard Lovegrove said a man was reported to have attacked the driver of the number 18 bus while it was travellling through Bordon on the A325 at 5-30 pm.
He said a woman passenger on the bus called 999 from her mobile phone and police are anxious to speak to her.
As The Herald went to press two men were in custody and were helping police with their inquiries.
The witness is asked to contact the case officers Pc Jamie Richardson and Pc Steve Kinkaid at Whitehill Police Station on 0845 045 4545.
