A Surrey woman who stole a vintage military jacket from a business in Farnham has found herself in the dock.
Julia Young admitted to stealing a red colonel’s jacket worth £250 from Bourne Mill Antiques on February 11 when she appeared before Staines Magistrates on May 5.
The 64-year-old of Guildford Road, Normandy, was fined £161 and ordered to pay £86 costs with her guilty plea being taken into consideration.
Nasim Djoudi was also fined £120 by magistrates in Guildford on the same day after admitting to a count of possessing a Class A drug.
The 27-year-old of Broadway, Stoneleigh, was found carrying 0.578 grams of cocaine in Tongham on June 6, with the court ordering the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.
