RUSH-hour commuters had a journey to forget last Thursday after a series of harrowing events between Liss and Portsmouth.
Rail services between Haslemere and Petersfield were suspended at 5pm after a woman was struck by a train on a level-crossing at Sheet.
It was the start of an "unprecedented series of events" that included another fatality in Portsmouth and a bomb hoax at Havant.
