A QUIZ night at The Woodlarks Centre has raised almost £700 towards its residential care and support of adults with a range of disabilities.

Just under 50 people attended the fundraising event, including the then-Mayor of Farnham Mike Hodge, his consort and Waverley council leader Julia Potts and then-deputy mayor David Attfield.

Julie West, Woodlarks’ activities co-ordinator, said: “We had lots of fun and laughter and enjoyed a lovely meal of chilli with a raffle and an auction afterwards. The evening raised £684.23.

“The mayor Mike Hodge opened the evening and the deputy mayor David Attfield was kept busy selling raffle tickets. We would like to the thank everyone for all their support.”
