TWENTY-one men and women, and a dog, led by John Owen Smith from Headley Down, have followed the route taken by the Selborne Rioters 180 years earlier.
The protestors, after sacking the village workhouse, went on to do the same to the one at Headley.
And keen historian Mr Owen Smith felt the anniversary of that 1830 event should be celebrated.
