A MENCAP charity office has opened at the new Quebec Park development in Bordon to support the residents of eight flats there.

The Mencap team’s Nikola Novotna and Naomi Cook spoke to Herald reporter Sheila Checkley about why the service is so needed and the rewarding nature of their work.
