A MOTORIST taking a wrong turn in the Alton High Street one-way system sparked off an fracas which led to the police using CS gas to arrest the offender.
Two brothers were fined by the town's magistrates bench on Monday after pleading guilty to charges arising out of the incident, which happened in July.
