YOUNG cowboys and cowgirls enjoyed a Wild West-themed fun day at Birdworld last Tuesday.

Throughout the day the children were involved in the fun, winning fantastic prizes for them to take home.

Even the mums and dads joined in, taking part in the games including The Fastest Potato Peeler in the West.

The children were entertained with magic shows provided by Silly Scott and Crazee Hazee and after all the frivolity and rapturous applause took a relaxing horse and carriage ride.

But the highlight of the day was undoubtedly the fancy dress competition where the children impressed the judges with their creative talents.
