A WOODLAND fair at the Deadwater Valley Nature Reserve gave youngsters the opportunity to spot plenty of wildlife.

They spotted two southern hawker dragonflies, two common darter dragonflies, one red admiral butterfly, one speckled wood butterfly, two smooth newts, and 21 moths from 12 species.

The event was held to raise awareness of the reserve, in the heart of Bordon, and the trust which manages it on behalf of Whitehill Town Council.
