A 16-YEAR-OLD Petersfield youth has admitted nine cases of indecent exposure in the town over the last 12 months.
Inspector Steve Sargent said: "The offences mainly took place in the Herne Farm Estate and on the The Heath.
Although we believe that the boy posed no actual physical or sexual threat to the women and girls involved, the intimidation that he caused was enormous. Many people who have read about these cases over the past year will be relieved to know that the series of offences has come to an end."
Insp Sargent said that due to the boy's age and previous good conduct he would not be prosecuted, but had received an official warning and would undergo an appropriate course of treatment.
