Badshot Lea’s Isthmian League South Central Division match at Leatherhead was postponed because of a waterlogged pitch, so Baggies boss Gavin Smith took the chance to watch an upcoming opponent.

“Leatherhead called the game off in good time, so I went to watch Uxbridge play at Hartley Wintney – which was useful,” said Smith.

The Baggies will travel to Binfield in the Isthmian South Central Division today (Saturday), before hosting Metropolitan Police next Tuesday evening (October 31).

“There are no easy games in this league – we need to make sure we are on it and hit our levels,” said Smith.
