HEADLEY lost 4-3 at home to Bush Hill in a Hampshire Premier League match that was nothing if not eventful.

Headley led 2-1 at half-time after goals from Matt Rayner and Ryan Evans. Fifth-placed Bush Hill equalised in the second half before Rayner restored Headley’s lead with a penalty. But it was heartbreak for the home side as Perry Harding and Richard Bridle both scored in the last five minutes to secure the points for Bush Hill.

Liphook found themselves three goals down after half-an-hour at Locks Heath. Steve Harding pulled one back before half-time, but Locks Heath played out the second half to win 3-1.

Clanfield lost 2-0 at home to third-placed Otterbourne.

In Division? One, AFC Petersfield gained a creditable 2-2 draw at top-three side Broughton, but Four Marks went down 2-0 at home to Upham.
