Badshot Lea made it four wins on the bounce in league and cup as Adam Nditi’s late goal deservedly clinched the points in a tough match with Westfield on Tuesday.

The Baggies looked comfortable throughout, but only 15 minutes remained when they took the lead. Gavin Muir broke away and his excellent cross laid a goal on a plate for Nditi who tapped home after a well-timed run.

Nditi had already hit the bar from a free-kick, while only a superb save prevented a Westfield own goal.

The visitors resisted grimly in a hard-fought contest of few chances. Badshot Lea owed their clean sheet to a very solid display by centre-backs Kieran Maylen and Stuart Urquhart.

Farnham Town are home to Hartley Wintney, the CCL leaders, at the Memorial Ground this Saturday. Badshot Lea host Raynes Park at Shawfield Road.

On Tuesday, Badshot Lea visit AFC Hayes, while Farnham travel to Knaphill for a Challenge Cup fourth-round tie.
